Traveling to Lincoln City

Welcome! Lincoln City is located on the central coast of Oregon. We have 7 miles of beaches with beautiful soft sand. You can choose from walking on the beach, to checking out the tide pools, hiking, kite flying.. the list is endless.

Additionally we are thrilled to be part of an artistic community. We love going to the Lincoln City Glass Center, where you can make your own art to take home or choose from their store with 100’s of choices.

This close to the ocean means we have several options for seafood restaurants and other types of delicious restaurants. There are several hotels and short term rentals for spending the night. Wake up early and walk on the beach to get the best opportunity to be part of Finder’s Keepers. The community hides glass floats by the beach, above the high tide mark, for those who are feeling lucky and find a beautiful new glass float to take home.

We love living in Lincoln City. If you are coming to take a class, consider staying a few extra days and seeing this part of Oregon.

The most direct way to Lincoln City is to fly into Portland and rent a vehicle to come over to the coast. The drive is lovely through the Willamette Valley where you can check out the vineyards and the rolling hills of the farms.
